Janice Thomas

Janice has over 30 years’ experience in strategic and operational Human Resources, business strategy and management consultancy. Working across a range of sectors and with start-ups to top 20 companies, Janice is an executive coach and business advisor with a passion for integrating strong leadership, high performance and wellbeing into the workplace. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MA in Psychotherapy and an MBA from Henley Management College, Janice is also a Master Practitioner in NLP, a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapy Counsellor and is currently working towards a PhD in Organisational Health and Wellbeing, with a focus on the causes of Executive psychological job strain and their behavioural coping strategies.

Jim Borritt

Jim brings to the team over 30 years experience as an executive coach, facilitator and trainer in Leadership skills. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), and holds an MSc in HR Development. A qualified Coach, Jim is a certified and experienced practitioner of many psychometric tests including the Leadership Circle, MBTI Levels 1 and 2, SHL OPQ, Firo B and Interaction Styles. Jim's focus is client centred and he has a proven track record in the development of leaders, managers and teams in organisations such as British Gas, Transco, National Grid, Brook Street UK and Nestle UK. As an external coach, facilitator and trainer, Jim has worked across a diverse range of organisations and sectors.

Nigel Denning

Nigel brings a creative and realistic approach to the team and has been actively involved in learning, development and coaching for the last 20 years. He has managed clients and worked in sectors as diverse as charities to finance and engineering to health services. Nigel has been a member of the Morgan Redwood team since it’s inception and has been key in successful client delivery and organisational change. Nigel has worked alongside companies such as: Oil Spill Response, Matchtech Group, TDX group; The Environment Agency; National Grid; Boots; Speedo and The Housing Corporation. Nigel is an experienced trainer, facilitator and coach who is qualified to use Belbin®, Strength Deployment Inventory® and Myers Briggs Type Indicator® and JCA Emotional Intelligence.

James Hodgkinson

James has worked as a leadership consultant and facilitator with a range of organisations for over 15 years. He is a certified and accredited Executive Coach and practitioner of psychometric instruments including MBTI and the JCA Emotional Intelligence tool. James has worked with a diverse range of clients in the UK and internationally and across multiple sectors with recent clients including Virgin Media, Barclays, Kraft, and National Grid. His primary focus is supporting leaders in how to engage their people and release their creative potential. James is also a member of the International Society for Psychological Coaching and is currently studying for an MSc in Organisational Development: Leading and Facilitating Transformative Change in a Complex and Volatile Environment.

Paul Matthews

Paul has over 20 years experience in business performance and change delivery. Paul is a qualified executive coach and team coach and specialises in the implementation of programmes for Leadership, Executive Coaching, Shaping the Future, (vision and culture initiatives), and Management Development. Paul is a specialist in The Leadership 360 and Team Culture Survey and is one of the first certified Immunity to Change Coaches (Harvard University) in Europe.

Sarah Lonton

Sarah has worked as a successful actress, teacher and drama worker for 30 years. Her wide range of skills and experience include acting for large scale theatre and national touring, TV, radio and film work as well as teaching, university lecturing and playwriting. With a BA Honours in Drama, Sarah's focus is on communications training, facilitation and coaching. Sarah has worked with an extensive number of clients and brings her expertise in to a wide range of Morgan Redwood's experiential training programmes and real play leadership development sessions.

Ivor Twydell

Ivor is a leadership coach, facilitator and mindfulness teacher who specialises in conscious leadership. With a background of over 20 years in senior and executive roles in the UK police service, Ivor has extensive experience of developing leaders, managing organisational change and leading people in often challenging environments. His credentials include being a Professional Certified Coach, Certified NLP practitioner, Diploma in Performance Coaching, certified Structural Dynamics coach, and certified Mindfulness Teacher with the Mindfulness Institute.

Rachel Calder

Rachel is an accredited coach and trainer, with 15 years development experience, and successes in a number of major organisations such as L’Oreal, Canon, John Lewis and Nestlé. Rachel is enthusiastic, commercial and passionate about supporting individuals, teams and businesses to achieve their potential. Rachel coaches both corporate and private clients on work and life issues, as well as having designed and delivered 360-degree feedback, assessment and development centres and leadership and personal skills training. She is CIPD qualified and a practitioner of a number of psychometric tools including MBTI and SHL OPQ.

Pamela Chantry

Pamela is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and a Member of the British Psychological Society. With over 25 years experience focusing on the people side of business, including culture change and team development, Pamela specialises in the delivery of development programmes such as leadership skills, self awareness, assertiveness and motivation. An energetic coach and facilitator, Pamela thrives on enabling people to discover and develop their confidence and self esteem and to achieve their full potential.

Sarah Matthews

Sarah is a certified executive coach and works with clients ranging from executives at FTSE 500 companies to small business owners to effect real change. Sarah’s focus enables clients to thrive in their present situation, while also developing their ability to handle future challenges. Specifically, she works with clients to extend personal leadership by increasing insight, creativity, interpersonal skills, systems awareness and accountability. With a BA from GMIT, Ireland, Sarah is also a certified team coach and is one of the first certified Immunity to Change Coaches (Harvard University) in Europe.

Ian Sanders

Ian specialises in designing and delivering practical training solutions such as role-play, real-play, forum theatre, demonstrations, ‘live’ case studies and business simulations. He is an experienced facilitator, assessor and coach and has used his background as a performer to help clients find innovative ways to liven up workshops around questioning skills, influencing, negotiation, relationship management, professionalism, delivering difficult messages and a wide range of management and leadership skills as well as diversity and mental health awareness programmes. He has recently been working with Hiscox Insurance, PepsiCo, Herbert Smith, ACCA and the General Dental Council.

Roger Longden

Roger has over 20 years experience of the public and corporate sectors. Roger’s passion is to bring out the best in others and enable transformation in the way they lead and manage their people. Roger has a proven track record in delivering tangible business results in areas such as L&D strategy, operational management, sales and service management and specialises in the integration of Emotional Intelligence into the work place. Roger holds a Diploma in Education studies, a BA (Hons) in Business Studies along with post-grad diploma in Operations Management and is a Henley Business School qualified and certified coach. He is also qualified in NLP and a licensed practitioner for The Leadership Circle 360 and Team Culture Surveys.

Andy Cole

Andy is a business psychologist and human resources professional and has led training, development and talent management strategies in the private and public sector. Building engaging and experiential programmes with a range of clients, Andy has a reputation for a flexible and pragmatic approach to problem solving. With honours graduate and postgraduate qualifications in HR Management, Business Psychology and Executive Coaching & Mentoring, Andy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, member of the Association of Business Psychologist and European Mentoring & Coaching Council. Andy is also Faculty with Duke CE India, Aston Business School and the Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Institute.

Paul Mohan

Paul is a professional actor working in film, television, theatre and radio and brings his skills in to the business world with coaching and in real play bespoke scenarios. Providing down to earth, balanced and quality feedback to delegates, Paul enables delegates to make a lasting shift in their performance. With an MA from Sheffield University, Paul works with many different personality and coaching models and brings a unique element to our leadership programmes.

Simon Maddison

Simon has been working with teams and their development for 30 years. He has instinctively taken an experiential learning approach with a belief that we never stop learning. Using Myers Briggs, EI and Lencioni to explore team dynamics, Simon runs a highly praised Coaching Development Programme with the ILM. He is a practitioner in Transactional Analysis & MBTI and holds an Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) PgDip in Executive Coaching & Mentoring.
